Who supplies your services

This site is run by Forever Communications, part of Forever Group.

  • EE Business services are supplied by Forever Communications.
  • Three Business plans are supplied by Forever Systems Limited, part of Forever Group.
  • O2 Business and Vodafone Business services, and the software we license for device management and mobile security, are supplied by the Forever Group company named in your quote.

Network names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used to describe the services we can supply.

Your quote and contract

Every service starts with a quote. The quote and contract set out the plans, services, charges, minimum term and the network's terms for your account, and you receive them before you commit. Business mobile charges are quoted excluding VAT; Three Business states that all its charges exclude VAT.

When you take a contract on a network, that network's own terms and conditions, price guide and fair use policies also apply to your lines.

Credit checks and opening an account

Before an account is opened, the network carries out a business credit check. Limited companies and LLPs give their Companies House details; sole traders and partnerships may be asked for personal details as well. The outcome can affect how many lines are approved. See how to get a business mobile phone contract for the steps.

Minimum terms

Business mobile contracts run for a minimum term set by the network and plan:

Network and planMinimum term
Three Business SIM Only1, 12 or 24 months
Three Business roaming SIM plans and data only SIMs24 months
Three Business Dynamic24 months
Three Business 5G Business Broadband12 or 24 months
Three Mobile Protect and Three Device ManagementMinimum term applies; Three Business product terms apply
EE Business, O2 Business and Vodafone BusinessSet out in your quote and contract

Three Business: "36month plans are no longer available from 1/4/26". Three Device Management also has a minimum licence volume, confirmed at quote. Ending a line before its minimum term ends can carry early termination charges under the network's terms; your contract sets them out.

Annual price changes

Networks set out in their terms how monthly charges change during a contract:

  • Three Business. Plans have an annual price change each April. For plans started on or after 12 January 2025, your contract specifies the annual increase and the Monthly Charge for each year of the Minimum Term. Three Business Adapt and Dynamic change by a percentage; other plans by a fixed amount. Add-ons and out-of-bundle charges are not affected.
  • EE Business. The annual price change is shown in each EE Business plan listing and set out in your contract.
  • O2 Business and Vodafone Business. Each network's price change terms are set out in your quote and contract.

Three Business: "Excluding Three Business Adapt and Dynamic, from your bill date each April, your Monthly Charge will increase by a fixed amount depending on the plan's original Monthly Charge." "Your Agreement and terms & conditions, including any updates, will detail which price rise will apply to your plans, if applicable." "All charges and increases excl. VAT."

  • Unlimited: "Unlimited UK usage. Fair use policies apply in Go Roam destinations. See three.co.uk/terms-conditions for full details."
  • Go Roam: "Roaming in the Republic of Ireland and the Isle of Man is excluded from the daily charge. Unlimited data, minutes and texts are UK only, our fair use policies apply in Go Roam destinations. See our current price guide for full details."
